Don't Stay in School

I came across this video, and thought it was rather interesting. Of course, being homeschooled (as I believe almost every member one here was), I can't comment too much. But the video does bring up interesting points about any school system in general. I know some public school teachers, and they also say they have to "teach for the test" rather than teaching to help the kids be ready for the real world. The comments video, as well as the Parent's React video also give interesting points on public education, and education in general.

What do you think? What is/has been your experience with education systems? How will you teach your kids (if you have them)?
